And now, we are looking for an Product Owner/Head of Crypto Business who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.
Mission:
Drive the commercial success and growth of the crypto product line (crypto card, crypto IBAN, non-custodial wallet, trading). Be accountable for revenue, profitability, and sustainable scaling of the business vertical.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of business KPIs: revenue, profit, margin, and transaction volume for the crypto vertical.
- P&L responsibility: budgeting, forecasting, financial planning for crypto products.
- Build and execute the go-to-market and scaling strategy for all crypto offerings.
- Develop and own business plans, unit economics, pricing strategies.
- Act as the main business driver: identify and close commercial opportunities, partnerships, new geographies.
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in crypto/fintech.
- Present business performance to executive team/founders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business management in fintech/crypto/payments/banking (Head of BizDev, GM, or similar).
- Deep understanding of unit economics and P&L for fintech products.
- Hands-on experience launching or scaling crypto payment solutions, wallets, or cards.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (product, compliance, ops).
- Track record of achieving commercial KPIs: revenue, margin, customer growth.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills (B2B, B2C, partners, investors).
- Fluent English (any other language is a plus).
What this role is not:
- This is not a classic Product Manager/BA role: you will not be responsible for roadmap, backlog, or feature delivery — your focus is strictly on business and commercial results.
