About the opportunity:

We are looking for an EU Partnership Lead who can join us along this mission and vision. This person will play a crucial role in driving our overall business development and ensuring the success of WOO X in the European market. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

  • Navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of MiCA and developing compliant business strategies to propel WOO X's growth in Europe.
  • Forging strong relationships with the key stakeholders in the European fintech ecosystem, including financial institutions, banks, payment services, etc.
  • Acting as a broker to direct qualified traffic to the WOO X global site, fostering user acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Managing and executing relevant spot trading operations, ensuring optimal performance within the regulatory framework.

About you:

  • A proven background in the fintech and startup industry, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics and operational models.
  • A demonstrable track record of success in driving business growth and exceeding targets. You have a strategic mindset and can translate plans into tangible results.
  • Extensive experience and a well-established network within the European fintech scene. You are comfortable fostering new partnerships and leveraging connections to achieve business goals.
  • Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations, particularly MiCA, and the ability to navigate a complex regulatory environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto space/spot trading operations within a crypto exchange will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language is a plus.
